What Can I do When I am Angry or Stressed?

When Anger/ Stress Triggers Sneak up on you…………… 
and think………
You need to take time to Recognize what is actually causing you to chose to be angry… 
It is good to think of other options rather than just exploding with anger.
Remove the bad thoughts from your mind and replace them with positive, constructive thoughts.
